Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as Law No. 58/2019 of August 8, which ensures the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 in the national legal order, visitors to this website and potential guests at the agrotourism property (hereinafter referred to as the Client) are hereby expressly informed and accept the following:

– All information provided is confidential, subject to professional secrecy, and legally protected under the applicable data protection laws.

– No data will be shared with third parties, except when legally required, or with persons directly connected to the Controller who are bound by the same confidentiality obligations described above.

– In cases where it becomes necessary to share data with third parties, the Client will be informed in advance, and explicit authorization will be requested.

– The personal data provided will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and/or in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

The Client may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to restrict or, where applicable, request portability of such data. Any such request must be accompanied by a justification, a copy of the identification document, and any other necessary documentation to verify the Client’s identity.
