Herdade da Yucca – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and/or using the services of Herdade da Yucca, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These rules are intended to ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all guests, as well as the well-being of our animals and visiting pets.

They apply to all guests staying in the accommodation units (rooms/suites and houses) and to any accompanying pets.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Herdade da Yucca.
Full payment is required to secure your booking and must be made at the time of reservation.
Payments are non-refundable. Reservation dates may be changed subject to availability and with a minimum of 14 days’ notice prior to check-in.
During the high season (June 15 to September 15), date changes are not permitted.

3. Accommodation

Accommodation is provided on an “as is” basis.
Herdade da Yucca is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

4. Spa and Wellness Services

Spa and gym services are subject to availability.
Please refer to our Spa & Gym page for specific usage conditions.

5. Food and Beverage

Breakfast is included in the accommodation rate and served in the designated dining area.
Any dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking.
Additional meals or beverages are available at extra cost, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

6. Pets

Herdade da Yucca welcomes well-behaved pets.
Please consult our Pet Policy page for details regarding restrictions, applicable fees, and other relevant information.

7. Liability

Herdade da Yucca accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our facilities, unless caused by our proven negligence.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Portuguese Republic.

9. Amendments to the Terms

Herdade da Yucca reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be published on our website.

Internal Regulations – Herdade da Yucca Agrotourism / Monte dos Vicentes

1. Purpose

These rules aim to ensure the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of all guests, as well as the well-being of our animals and the pets visiting the property.

2. Scope of Application

These regulations apply to all guests staying in the accommodation units (rooms/suites and houses) and to any accompanying pets.

3. General Rules

a) Opening Hours

  • Service hours: 08:00 to 21:00

  • Breakfast: 08:30 to 10:30
    If you have special needs or dietary restrictions, please inform a member of the YUCCA Team.

b) Quiet Hours

  • Silence must be maintained between 21:00 and 09:00 in all accommodation and common areas.

  • Avoid loud noises, music, or conversations that may disturb other guests.

c) Swimming Pools

  • Pools are open from 10:00 to 20:00.

  • Maintenance or operational adjustments may alter these hours; the YUCCA Team will inform guests of any changes.

4. Cleaning

  • Between 11:00 and 13:00, a member of the YUCCA Team will collect waste from the suites.

  • If you need towel replacement, place used towels on the bathroom floor.

  • In the houses, please request towel changes during breakfast hours.

  • For stays longer than 7 days, a general cleaning and linen/towel change will be provided in both houses and suites.

5. Food in Suites

  • Eating meals, snacks, or food of any kind inside the suites is not allowed.

  • Guests who wish to eat food brought from outside may use the outdoor patios or the dining room upon request.

    • Dining room usage fee: €10 per session.

    • Additional use of plates, glasses, or cutlery: €10 per session (2 people).

    • Service available from 12:30–14:30 and 19:00–21:00.

6. Minibar in Suites

  • The minibar is for beverages provided by Herdade da Yucca only.

  • Outside beverages must be consumed in common areas or the suite patio.

  • Contents: 2 sparkling waters, 2 still waters, 2 soft drinks, and 2 beers (€2 per item).

  • Refill requests can be made at reception or to any YUCCA Team member during breakfast.

  • Please inform us of minibar consumption upon check-out for billing.

7. Bath Towels and Pool Towels

  • White bathroom towels must not be used at the pool.

  • Pool towels can be provided upon request (€10 per stay, up to 7 days).

8. Feeding Farm Animals

  • Do not feed the animals of Herdade da Yucca.

  • They are on a controlled diet and may only be fed by authorized staff.

9. Meals and Snacks

  • We are delighted to offer meals and snacks upon advance notice and subject to availability.

  • Prices are displayed in the breakfast area.

  • Please contact a member of the YUCCA Team for more details.

10. Useful Information

  • Reception: For assistance or incident reports, contact reception or any team member between 08:00 and 21:00 at 📞 +351 965 750 677 or +351 964 188 899.

  • Leisure Areas: All paths and gardens are available for walking pets.

  • Payment Methods: IBAN transfer, MBWAY, or cash.

  • Wi-Fi Password: vicentes

  • Herdade da Yucca is not responsible for any valuables left in the suites.
